Exciting opportunity at our client’s dealership in Craigavon for a commercial Retail Manager to join their sales team. You will provide support to the Sales Manager in running the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and professionally handling all sales enquiries
- Analysing departmental profit daily and managing costs
- Managing the sales team and sales processes
- Controlling profit margins and stock pricing/presentation
- Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability
- Collaborating with other departments for an excellent customer experience
- Achieving KPI targets
- Assisting the General Sales Manager in maintaining policies and procedures
- Coaching and developing Sales Executives for success
- Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Ensuring professional customer service by the sales team
- Employing creative marketing strategies to boost new and used car sales
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Manager/Business Manager within the motor trade
- Good understanding of new and used vehicle sales
- Experience managing a large, successful sales team
- Strong sales generation abilities
- Current UK Driving License
