About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team at their Corby dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working within a dealership parts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer parts enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
- Identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts
- Processing orders, returns, and stock requests
- Liaising with workshop technicians to support repair and service work
- Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control processes
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and following dealership procedures
