Salary: £50 -£60k per year depending on experience and qualifications<\/b>

To support the business and Finance director in ensuring all financial management tasks are completed accurately, in a timely manner and bringing a fresh, positive outlook to the business. Attention to detail is paramount along with self -motivation and desire to achieve. Full time, office based.
<\/p>
Systems/experience required:<\/b>
<\/p>
â ¢ Excel – intermediate level or above
<\/p>
â ¢ Word & Outlook– intermediate level or above
<\/p>
â ¢ Group Accounting experience
<\/p>
â ¢ Management accounts experience
<\/p>
â ¢ Audit experience
<\/p>
â ¢ Strong VAT Knowledge Main duties and experience required
<\/p>
â ¢ Undertake daily bank reconciliations on all bank accounts.
<\/p>
â ¢ Update managers on bank receipts
<\/p>
â ¢ Compile and post Car Sales and Purchase Invoices/payments and update accounts system
<\/p>
â ¢ Maintain car stock book movements and stock book master files. Update MD regularly with car status reports.
<\/p>
â ¢ Running ACNC invoices.
<\/p>
â ¢ Putting sales and purchase payments on the bank within the same day and asap payments for car sales; at that time double checking the bank details and raising alarm if anomaly identified
<\/p>
â ¢ Preparation of draft monthly management accounts, including journals, intercompany adjustments, reconciliations.
<\/p>
â ¢ To reconcile Balance Sheet Control Accounts monthly
<\/p>
â ¢ Maintain month and year end file of the main balance sheet accounts
<\/p>
â ¢ Process and post monthly petty cash, credit card and expenses.
<\/p>
â ¢ Prepare data for year -end audit
<\/p>
â ¢ Pension Fund invoicing and keeping records
<\/p>
â ¢ Farm invoice payments and reminders to raise invoices as they become due.
<\/p>
â ¢ Keeping on top of Debtors
<\/p>
Other duties:<\/b>

â ¢ Support Finance director in driving the business forward
