Exciting opportunity at our client’s dealership in Chichester for a Car Business Manager to join their sales team. You will provide support to the Sales Manager in running the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and professionally handling sales enquiries
- Construct customer deals, including finance solutions and value added products
- Managing the sales team and sales processes
- Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability
- Involvement in daily briefing, keeping the Sales Manager and team updated
- Assisting the team to identify customer needs, providing coaching and support
- Assisting the General Sales Manager in maintaining policies and procedures
- Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
- Employing creative marketing strategies to boost new and used car sales
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Manager/Business Manager within the motor trade
- Good understanding of new and used vehicle sales
- Experience managing a large, successful sales team
- Strong sales generation abilities
- FCA Accreditation would be beneficial
- Able to build outstanding customer relationships with excellent negotiating skills
- Able to manage own time effectively, and work well under pressure
- Current UK Driving License
