Pybus Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced and driven Head of Business to lead a successful automotive retail operation in Chester. Working with a well-established dealership, you’ll have the responsibility and autonomy to deliver outstanding and trusted experiences for customers, while driving strong commercial performance across the business. What you’ll do day to day:
- Drive performance across all departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of financial targets
- Work with Department Managers to develop detailed annual business plans aligned to long-term goals
- Establish and maintain effective operational structures and control systems
- Monitor business performance, identifying trends and taking corrective action where required
- Identify competitive opportunities and threats to ensure continued profitability
- Lead, motivate and develop Department Managers and their teams to consistently deliver business objectives
