They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Chelmsford.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
  • Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
  • Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
  • Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process
  • Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment
