  Role is working Monday to Friday and normal daytime hours (no weekends)

  They are now looking for a Bodyshop Workshop Controller for their Accident Repair Bodyshop in Brierley Hill, Dudley.
  <\/p>

  As Bodyshop Workshop Controller, you will:
  <\/p>

  • Oversee the day -to -day operations of the bodyshop workshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
    <\/li>
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repair processes.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
    <\/li>
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to drive performance and meet business targets.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What We’re Looking For:<\/b>

    • Proven experience in a similar bodyshop workshop management or supervisory role.
      <\/li>
    • Experience working in the automotive accident repair industry.
      <\/li>
    • Strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and diagnostics.
      <\/li>
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
      <\/li>
    • A proactive approach to problem -solving and decision -making.
      <\/li>
    • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high -quality standards.
