Pybus Recruitment is partnering with a well-established automotive retail group to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager responsible for leading the aftersales operations across two successful dealership sites in the Hampshire region.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing automotive professional looking to take ownership of multi-site operations, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance across Service, Parts, and Customer Care functions.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the aftersales departments across both locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating Service and Parts teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Driving departmental profitability and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Monitoring and improving key KPIs including labour sales, parts sales, customer retention, workshop efficiency and CSI.
- Developing and coaching departmental managers and team members.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Managing budgets, forecasts and departmental costs.
- Implementing effective processes to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards and company procedures.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded automotive aftersales leader who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager, Senior Service Manager or similar leadership position within the automotive sector.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple departments.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills.
- A track record of delivering profitable growth and improved customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of automotive aftersales operations, workshop efficiency and performance management.
- Ability to influence, motivate and drive positive change.
- Full UK driving licence.
