They are now seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the Service Department within one of their key dealerships. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven, energetic leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence. The Role As Aftersales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the Service Department, ensuring volume and profit targets are consistently achieved. You will proactively seek ways to innovate, enhance productivity, and improve customer and employee experience. Working closely with your team, you will review performance regularly, identify development opportunities, and implement strategies to drive results. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate, inspire, and support others. Requirements • Management of a dealership Aftersales team, with responsibility for meeting all internal and external measures. • Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers, by identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations. • Manage the performance of a team of Service Advisers to deliver profitable, customer-focused service. • Manage all opportunities to deliver value-added sales. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet all customer service indices • Maximise productivity and meet income targets. • Identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business. • Balance the complexities of resource allocation, including parts and labour. • To work effectively with a diverse workforce with evidence of managing in a pressured and complex environment. • Closely monitor and control sales activity by reviewing performance with individuals to agree actions/timeline Benefits What’s on Offer This employer offers an industry‑leading package , including: 33 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays) + holiday buy/sell options Company car Pension scheme
