Our client is a leading provider of ADAS calibration, programming and vehicle electronics services to the collision repair sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an ADAS Technician who will be based within a large accident repair bodyshop based in Harlesden, NW10.

The Role

  • Carry out static and dynamic ADAS calibrations.
  • Diagnose faults on camera, radar and sensor-based safety systems.
  • Perform ECU coding, vehicle programming and software updates.
  • Complete fault finding on vehicle electrical and communication systems.
  • Conduct pre- and post-calibration inspections.
  • Interpret manufacturer repair methods and technical information.
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service while representing the company professionally.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety PPE regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience as an ADAS Technician, Diagnostic.
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, coding and programming.
  • Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Experience using manufacturer and aftermarket diagnostic equipment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ideal Background

This position would suit a qualified/experienced Motor Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Auto Electrician or MET Technician from an Accident Repair Bodyshop looking to develop a career in ADAS. However, full training will be provided for candidates with strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
