Monday to Friday Saturday Morning on a Rota Basis Paid as Overtime

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer care by providing technical advice and conducting thorough vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance and repairs.
• Offer expert technical advice, service and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
• Adhere to protocols set by legislation, the company, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Commit to continuous learning and development to stay ahead in the industry.
• Optimise resource utilisation to ensure efficient service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess an L3 qualification in vehicle service and repair.
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a franchised dealership.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude eager to tackle challenges head-on.
• Hold a valid driving licence for flexible engagement in various tasks.
