The Role
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the used van sales operation within the business. As the sole person responsible, you will have significant autonomy and a strong opportunity to maximise your earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and selling used vans acquired through trade-ins
- Sourcing additional used vans to expand available stock
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
- Promoting finance packages and aftersales products
- Maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial vehicle sales (ideally vans)
- A proven track record in a target-driven sales environment
- Trader or sourcing experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Full UK driving licence
- Residence within 45 minutes of Swindon
