They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller fortheir Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Swansea.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeingdaily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and tospecification
- Allocatingwork to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
- Monitoringprogress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
- Liaisingwith parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repairprocess
- Promotinga safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment

- Provenexperience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar rolewithin the accident repair industry
- Strongleadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Solidunderstanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
