Job Title: Sales Manager – Car Dealership
Location: Sutton Coldfield, B73
Basic Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus - OTE £65,000 + Over Achievement Bonus + Company Car
Full Time and Permanent
Role is working Monday to Friday (one weekday off), working every Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis.
Our client is one of the UK's leading independent franchise dealership groups, operating more than 50 award-winning sites nationwide and representing 15 global automotive brands.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team at their busy volume brand dealership in Sutton Coldfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional looking to join a highly successful and customer-focused dealer group that offers outstanding earning potential and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the dealership sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and customer experience.
- Monitor sales activities, performance metrics and KPIs.
- Coach and mentor Sales Executives to maximise individual and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company processes.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and local businesses.
- Work closely with the senior management team to deliver dealership objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive within a franchised dealership environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Results-driven with a passion for the automotive industry.
- Full UK driving licence.
