Our client has a turnover of approximately 2 billion and employs over 3,000 members of staff across 65 dealerships.
They are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to be based at their Fleet Logistics Centre in Long Marston.
Candidate will ensure that all used‑car and commercial vehicle adverts are accurate, high quality and promote enquiries and sales.
Responsibilities include maintaining high quality images and videos, updating the dealer management computer system, managing site reviews, ensuring presentation standards, and managing incoming stock purchases.
We are looking for an IT proficient individual with MS Office skills, knowledge of dealer DMS systems and other web‑based apps.
The successful candidate will have a driving licence and reside within a 30‑minute commute of CV37 8QR.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all car adverts are accurate and feature high‑quality descriptions and images to maximize enquiries and sales.
- Maintain and update dealer management systems with new vehicle data, images, and information.
- Manage site reviews with line managers and take action to uphold vehicle and forecourt presentation standards.
- Coordinate incoming stock purchases, ensuring all vehicle data and key information are captured and recorded for advertising.
- Track stock through preparation phases and ensure timely online uploads.
- Inspect inbound stock vehicles, submitting damage/rectification claims as required.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently.
- Work effectively in busy, target‑driven environments, meeting deadlines and sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and genuine interest in customer needs.

- Ability to work independently and manage time well to meet deadlines.
- Valid driving licence.
- Live within a 30 minute commute of CV37 8QR.
- Confidence in using a wide range of Microsoft products.
