We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and expanding team. Based a couple of miles outside Droitwich town centre, our garage is located within the grounds of a large country estate, offering a unique and pleasant working environment.
About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for safely preparing customers’ vehicles for the road ahead, completing repairs and maintenance to a high standard, and ensuring total customer satisfaction at all times. You will have the opportunity to work with an exciting range of manufacturers, including specialist and performance vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and safely
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Working collaboratively within a small, close-knit team
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
- Ideally aged 30+ with strong hands-on experience
- Experience with JLR or performance vehicles desirable but not essential
- Qualifications not essential – practical experience is key
- A reliable team player who fits well in a small team
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
41.5 hours per week
No weekends
Overtime available
Salary & Benefits
Circa £40,000 per annum (flexible for the right person)
£400 per month team bonus when targets are achieved
