Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £29,000 basic salary with an OTE of £35,000. Currently earning between £500 and £1000 bonus EVERY MONTH.
Full Time and Permanent – Monday – Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm – Saturday 8.00am - 2.00pm (On Rota) - 42 hours per week - 1 Early finish per week.
The Service Advisor will need to be capable of delivering an outstanding experience to the customers with a professional and friendly manner, advising on required repairs and clearly updating the customer throughout.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive sector.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Ability to process information accurately and efficiently.
- Flexibility.
- Previous service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
