Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the bodyshop workshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repair processes.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to drive performance and meet business targets.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar bodyshop workshop management or supervisory role.
- Experience working in the automotive accident repair industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and diagnostics.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high‑quality standards.
