Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance on cars and delivery vans.
- Provide technical advice and customer care.
- Adhere to legislation, company, manufacturer, and supplier protocols.

Requirements
- Fully qualified City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills for managing processes and paperwork.
- Ability to coach and develop colleagues and junior team members.
- Valid full driving licence with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of six months.
- Proof of the ‘Right to work in the UK’.
