Used Car Sales Manager Required in Lincoln
Pybus Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing multi-brand automotive retailer in Lincoln for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-focused automotive sales professional to lead a busy used car operation, inspire a high-performing sales team, and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and commercial success.

The Role
As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the used car department, ensuring sales targets, profitability objectives, and customer satisfaction standards are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating a team of Sales Executives to exceed monthly targets
- Driving used vehicle sales performance and profitability
- Monitoring and managing stock levels, vehicle pricing, and vehicle preparation standards
- Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Supporting the team with deal structuring and negotiations
- Maintaining compliance with FCA and company procedures
- Working closely with senior management to implement sales strategies and business objectives
- Monitoring key performance indicators and delivering regular performance reviews
- Developing and coaching team members to maximise performance and career progression
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Used Car Sales Manager within a franchised or reputable automotive dealership
- A strong track record of delivering sales targets and departmental profitability
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- A hands-on approach with a positive and motivated attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
