Our client has a turnover of over £250 million and employs over 800 staff across 29 dealerships. They are now looking for a Parts Advisor for their car dealership in Aberdeen.
Through excellent customer service you will promote and affect sales of stock at retail, trade, and workshop counters, both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient, knowledgeable service to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers.
- Process parts enquiries and orders with accuracy and urgency.
- Identify additional sales opportunities and promote special offers.
- Use your technical knowledge to assist customers clearly and confidently.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager promptly.
- Maintain compliance with company processes and customer data protection policies.
- Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment.
- Strong working knowledge of parts catalogues and stock control systems.
- High level of accuracy in all administrative tasks and record‑keeping.
- Confident communicator, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting team targets.
