- Salary: Between£37,500-£45,000 (depending on experience) + 10% bonus + Benefits
- Full Time and Permanent – 42.5 hours a week – Monday-Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays

Our client has afantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join them at theirlarge dealership in Glasgow.
The dealershipis a large modern site with a 23 bay workshop.
You’ll beresponsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operationsof the Service Department and anticipate and identify customer needs.
You’llbe responsible for maximisingthe use of all availableresources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner.
You’ll be able to make a difference and motivate other teammembers to achieve their business goals.

Job Purpose
To drive thestandard in customer care.
You’ll organise and operate the service functionwithin the dealership optimising the use of available resources and ensuringthe highest level of customer service is maintained.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support the effective management of the dealerships Aftersalesfunction.
- Maximise the use of all available resources to ensure thedepartment is run in the most effective manner.
- Give the diverse customer base a positive impression of themselvesand our client
- Deliver the most positive customer experience possible, in linewith our clients PPA.
- Anticipate and identify customer needs and meet and exceed them byrelationship building and taking responsibility for resolving customerproblems.
- Work with customers to the highest ethical and professionalstandards to build long –term profitable relationships.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate thisappropriately with customers.
- Act proactively to add value.
- Be a Subject Matter Champion, supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills and expertise to improve business performance and profit.
- Identify opportunities for reducing waste/inefficiency or improvingquality.
