The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support our client’s UK operations. This office-based role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, customers, and dealer networks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (orders, registrations, stock, forecasts)
- Support fleet administration, including demonstrator vehicles
- Coordinate communications with customers and dealer networks
- Assist with quarterly pricing and campaign support
- Handle inbound calls and email enquiries
- Maintain CRM systems, including discount structures
- Support event planning, marketing activity, and point-of-sale (PoS)
- Compile industry reporting (e.g., SMMT and insights)
- Provide Motability support and services
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales and operations
About You
- Experience within automotive, leasing, or fleet environment (preferred)
- Background in fleet administration or customer-focused roles
- Strong numeracy, organisation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive, team-oriented and detail-focused approach
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
