They are dynamic in their approach and geared to completing outstanding repairs, by combining the latest techniques and most effective technology with delivering excellent customer service.
They are now looking for a Bodyshop Workshop Manager for their Accident Repair Bodyshop in Croydon.
As Bodyshop Workshop Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop workshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repair processes.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to drive performance and meet business targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar bodyshop workshop management or supervisory role.
- Experience working in the automotive accident repair industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and diagnostics.

You must be able to:
