Salary: £25,500 base + uncapped bonus, company car & benefits
Full Time, Permanent – Monday to Saturday 9am‑6pm, Sunday 10:30am‑4:30pm (rotating Saturdays & Sundays)
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service, projecting the brand and company image
- Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience
- Achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required
Ideal Candidate
- Maximise sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum 12 months successful track record in a customer‑facing target‑driven sales environment
- Valid UK driving licence
Qualifications
- Experience in used car sales – 1 year (required)
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, IT and basic vehicle design knowledge
- Strong presentation, communication and organisational skills
- Experience with SAAS, Google Docs, and enterprise sales is a plus
