Employment: Full Time and Permanent
Work Hours: Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours a week – no weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Produce initial and updated estimates as specified by insurers/customers, ensuring that the vehicle repair can be carried out safely, to correct specification, efficiently, and that a satisfactory profit margin can be generated.
- Plan workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
- Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
- Carry out work in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Be flexible in your approach.
- Maintain high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Ensure all tasks follow Health and Safety guidelines, wearing all provided PPE and keeping work areas clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ VDA experience is preferred and candidates must hold a full and valid driving licence.
- Technical knowledge of VDA Accreditation, Audatex, IMI Customer Service Practitioner Level 2, Level 3 ADAS, and IMI AL Level 3 Hybrid & Electric Vehicle.
- Capacity to research emerging technical knowledge and automotive developments that may affect repeated repairs.
