We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join a professional aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to develop their career within a respected dealership that values its employees and offers ongoing manufacturer training and career progression.
The Role
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying additional work requirements
- Completing all job cards and paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Delivering high levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
About You
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Diagnostic Technician
- A recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- MOT Tester qualification (advantageous but not essential)
- Main dealer or franchised dealership experience
