Location: Brighton, Crawley Surrounding Areas
Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 - OTE £48,000-£50,000
Monday to Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays
Job Purpose:
- Provide top‑notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
- Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
- Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
- Commit to continuous learning and development.
- Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members.
- Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
- Provide evidence of the 'Right to work in the UK'.
