Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification.
  • Allocate work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Liaise with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process.
  • Promote a safe, compliant, and well‑organised working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and delivering work of the highest quality.
