Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification.
- Allocate work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise.
- Liaise with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process.
- Promote a safe, compliant, and well‑organised working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
