They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Bellshill.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
- Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
- Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
- Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process
- Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment

- Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
