We are now looking for a skilled Vehicle Painter to join the team in Eastleigh. This role suits someone with at least 3 years’ vehicle painting experience who can consistently deliver the highest quality finishes in a modern, fast-paced, and clean working environment.
The Role
- Prepare, prime, paint, and finish vehicles to insurer and manufacturer standards.
- Work closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative team, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Paint vehicles to a high standard, ensuring timely completion.
- Carry out preparation work including priming and masking.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of paint processes and techniques.
- Accurately colour-match painted panels to original vehicle finishes.
- Apply the correct amount of paint to achieve optimal results.
- Inspect completed paintwork and polish or rectify as required.
- Use RPE and PPE correctly and in line with safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
