As part of the Major Change function, the Project Manager is the driving force behind the delivery of strategic projects. Responsible for delivering on time and within budget, the Project Manager ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and accountable to project objectives and maintains momentum on project deliverables. This includes managing complex software development initiatives and ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered to time, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, developing end-to-end project plans in adherence to the PXC Change Framework and SDLC principles.
- Manage projects within the telecoms domain, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with network engineering, development teams, and third-party vendors to deliver telecom and software solutions.
- Lead and manage software development projects through all phases of the SDLC, including:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Solution design and architecture
- Development and coding
- Testing (unit, integration, system, and user acceptance)
- Deployment and transition to operations
