Main purpose & key contributions of the role:
Drive and develop strategic relationships across the existing PXC partner base (Carriers / Service Providers / Re-Sellers) with the purpose of onboarding them to sell Zoom’s suite of cloud-based services. Driving partner adoption, developing deal registrations and driving revenue growth will be the main cornerstones and how success will be measured.
What you will be working on:
- Build and nurture relationships across the existing PXC customer base (Carriers / Service Providers / Re-Sellers) as well as new partners.
- Encouraging partners to become Zoom certified and taking an active role with onboarding.
- Be confident with a consultative sales process – working alongside SE’s and Presales teams.
- Be comfortable demonstrating technology at partner and end user level.
- Driving pipeline and revenue growth working in conjunction with PXC AM’s.
- Have commercial astuteness and be comfortable constructing deals, propositions, bids etc.
- Clearly articulating the Zoom product roadmap and future product enhancements.
What will make you successful in your role?
- SaaS business (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI) and Channel Sales experience.
- Experience of working within a Distribution commercial model.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & remote/virtual, presentations).
- Experience of driving channel sales growth working with vendor AE’s and SE’s.
- “Solution-sales mentality” in an environment where cross selling services will be highly rewarded.
- Tenacity, highly self-motivated with the drive to be a key contributor in a new business unit.
- Experience of implementing a trusted sales methodology that’s backed up with excellent sales results.
- Ability to build a “trusted advisor” status with high levels of influence & persuasion.
- High levels of Emotional Intelligence.
- A level of UK travel will be expected.
- Experience of Salesforce or similar CRM.
Highly Desirable:
- Minimum 5 years channel experience.
- Zoom certification(s).
