In this exciting Lead Business Analyst role, known as Business Systems Analyst Lead here at PXC, you’ll be responsible for our team of Business Analysts and a UX/UI Designer, supporting them with their project and process delivery, as well as their development, such as appraisals and one-to-ones.

As the ideal candidate you’ll be an experienced Lead Business Analyst and team leader, who demonstrates excellent communication skills to all levels of businesses, whilst utilising your experience of delivering as a Business Analyst to help the current team both develop and deliver on the organisational change projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Lead Portal and Salesforce Developers, 1Portal and Salesforce Architects, Quality Assurance teams and various stakeholders across the business to support the team’s delivery of multiple projects and change programmes.
  • With our agile framework fully in place, you’ll lead the daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder reviews and planning to ensure your team are meeting the overall business objectives.
  • You’ll line manage the team, including their one-to-ones, and personal development plans, whilst mentoring where appropriate and ensuring they are supported during their journey with us.
  • Whilst facilitating workshops with stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business goals, challenges, requirements, you’ll drive engagement and consensus among stakeholders.

What Will Make You Successful in this Role

  • Experience as a Lead Business Analyst or similar role where you’ve managed, led, and mentored Business Analysts.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to talk tech to the business and business to the tech teams.
  • Agile and/or Waterfall experience.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
