About the Role

Our team in provisioning is made up of over 200 people working tirelessly to keep the UK connected. We deliver connectivity that affects the lives of most people in the UK, for example we connect Supermarkets, Coffee shops, Health centres and GP surgeries to ensure they can serve their customers and the community. Due to the critical nature of our work, we are a passionate bunch of people who always strive to put the customer first in our mission to be “Easy to do Business With”.

Our strategy is to grow high margin data and fibre broadband services to Partner, Carrier & Service Integrator channels. This role is accountable for circa 31 suppliers who play a critical role in the delivery of services across the product portfolio, from simple broadband to complex ethernet services. This role is pivotal to the success of PXC and the delivery function and will be involved in shaping the future of connectivity in both B2B2C & B2B2C markets, as we move to new products and services as part of the industry switch to full fibre connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with provisioning third parties and internal provisioning teams, on tasks such as performance issues, invoicing support, stock control and budget management.
  • Own and manage supplier performance reviews in weekly and monthly meetings, you’ll support the operational delivery teams ensuring supplier SLA and KPIs are maintained.
  • Attend industry forums and working groups, whilst sharing industry briefings and performance updates with provisioning teams, as well as identify performance trends and facilitate change in the supply chain.
  • Defining service improvement plans alongside suppliers and impact teams to drive industry-leading service levels.
  • Manage OSP working agreements covering all new requests, in-flight changes and renewals.
  • Work with our suppliers to help shape our service offering, including the identification of new products and services that will make it easier for our customers to do business with us.
