Description: px Group is recruiting for a Legal Counsel to provide timely and quality legal and commercial advice to the group. Key responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts (variations, heads of terms, MoUs, supply agreements), maintaining legal document retention systems, and providing ad-hoc contracts training to business stakeholders.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a law degree, or another degree plus CPE, or an equivalent legal qualification. Required experience includes working in a busy legal environment with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and ancillary agreements such as NDAs and licenses.
