The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Our Head Office is based in Stockton-on-Tees and is home to our administrative support teams, engineering & maintenance support team & energy services teams. The Offices are located on the river Tees with close access to walks, shops and restaurants. We are now recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator. The primary function of the role is to support the Training function and all associated activities within the Training Department to ensure that practices, procedures, and systems comply with statutory requirements, industry standards, and px Group guidelines. This role is on a fixed term contract basis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure training matrices are in place and up to date
  • Providing training reports via TMS (Training Management System)
  • Ensure training is organised and booked to support onshore & offshore activities
  • Ensure all training requests & queries are dealt with accordingly and within 24 hours
  • Liaising with internal & external stakeholders and onboard training providers through the internal process
  • Ensure training records are compliant with industry standards, certifications & legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate training records and certificate renewals in ASSURE & LEARN
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure appropriate training is delivered to meet site requirements.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 L&D Business qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience of using training management systems is essential for the role
  • Strong organisation & planning skills, enthusiastic, adaptable and able to engage with people at all levels.
  • Familiar with mandatory training requirements in line with legislation
  • Experience in organising training in a previous role in line with mandatory & legislative training
  • Data input and producing regular reports from the TMS.
