Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all EC&I engineering and maintenance processes, systems, reporting mechanisms and contracts to identify and manage operational risk, meeting requirements and ensuring effective communication.
  • Lead and manage the EC&I engineering and maintenance department and assigned personnel, ensuring safe, timely delivery.
  • Supervise, develop, welfare and maintain the engineering and maintenance capability, ensuring technical requirements are met and standards implemented.
  • Plan, schedule and execute all works within the discipline group for internal and external resources.
  • Liaise with the project team to specify, handover project and major outage works.
  • Support the E&M manager in implementing key site processes including CMMS, maintenance workflow, LOPA, cyber security and strategic spares.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience developing, implementing & evaluating systems, upgrades, improvements and modifications (Management of Change).
  • Familiarity with budgetary procedures, including setting and controlling operational and capital budgets.

  • Eye care contribution
  • Online company discounts including cinema tickets and gym membership
  • Long Service Awards
  • Employee Recognition Scheme – ELITE Awards
  • Employee Assistance Programme
