Teesside Gas Processing Plant (TGPP) is an independently owned gas processing facility located in the northeast of England. TGPP is a highly efficient and flexible gas processing plant which has, since construction, been operated and managed to world class standards by the same highly motivated and proficient team.
The Opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Business Services Coordinator. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative duties to site personnel to a consistently high standard.
- Manage and facilitate reception services maintaining a high standard when answering telephone calls and dealing with visitors.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping throughout the “front office” area and stationery cupboard.
- Facilitate meeting room bookings and organise PPE for visitors.
- Manage the mail handling system.
- Manage office services ensuring cost effective procurement of courier, stationery, and catering services is achieved in a timely manner.
- Assist in the collating and the development of management reports.

Minimum Requirements
- GCSE grades 9-4 including Maths & English (or equivalent).
- Experience in a general Administration role, ideally gained within a busy office or reception environment.
- Advanced typing skills.
- Confident in using Microsoft Word and other packages to produce professional documents and letters.
- Experience of producing reports.
- Able to prioritise own workload.
- Confident in communicating with others, in person, by email & phone.
