Our Head Office is based in Stockton-on-Tees and is home to our administrative support teams, engineering & maintenance support team & energy services teams. The Offices are located on the river Tees with close access to walks, shops and restaurants.

The Opportunity: We are now recruiting for a Business Development Manager at our Head Office. The Business Development Manager will provide Sales leadership for existing and new customers and key clients. The role is responsible for ensuring the growth of the Sales pipeline by developing and converting opportunities with new and existing customers.

You will be supported with personalised on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring, and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence. This role has the opportunity to be remote, but would require travel to one of our sites on a weekly basis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HNC in a technical or engineering discipline
  • Experience of technical selling
  • Solid background in Business Development and developing clients
  • Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and process
  • Able to deliver proposals and critical client requirements on time and on spec consistently
