Our Aberdeen Office is based in Loirston, Aberdeen and is home to our engineering support teams & energy services team. The Offices are modern with close access to walks, shops and restaurants.

The primary function of the role is to manage and lead business integration activities for Shetland Gas Plant, working with the New Business Integration team. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of the integration project activities in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Leadership of the integration team
  • Close collaboration with the integration steering committee, asset leadership team and business functions
  • Regular site visits to Shetland Gas Plant and Integrated Asset Team office (Aberdeen)
  • Leading workshops with asset staff for the generation of integration activities
  • Development of project documentation inline with new business integration process
  • Management of project cost, plan and quality
  • Coordination and identification of required resources
  • Lead project risk management process
  • Interfacing with other integration projects to ensure lessons learned are addressed
Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in relevant industry subject, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience of delivering operations and/or maintenance for a client
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to a range of groups
  • Knowledge of Company Operating Systems
