About the opportunity
PWSA UK is creating a fundraising role focused on individual supporters. The charity supports people affected by Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. This is a permanent, remote position advertised for 2.5–3 days weekly, with flexible working. The weekly hour total remains to be confirmed based on applicants needs.
Salary
£34,000–£36,000 FTE annually, pro rata.
Responsibilities
Develop regular giving, seasonal and capital campaigns, and community fundraising. Build lasting supporter relationships through tailored proposals and communications. Work with colleagues, trustees and volunteers; make effective use of the CRM; maintain donor records, forecasts and pipelines; and increase legacy commitments over time.
Experience
The role suits an established individual-giving and community fundraiser who can research carefully, manage competing priorities and communicate confidently with donors and senior stakeholders. Independent working, discretion and commitment to the charity’s purpose are essential.
