Remediation Manager We are seeking a versatile Remediation Manager who thrives in being both hands on and as a manager.
You will bridge the gap between technical delivery and commercial management, whilst overseeing bids, pricing upcoming works, and managing on-site teams of consultants and subcontractors.

The Role Manage and deliver complex remediation schemes from inception to validation.
Review incoming tender information, build accurate costings, and price works.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of internal environmental consultants.
Procure, oversee, and coordinate specialized subcontractors on-site.
Apply excavation methodologies and implement diverse remediation techniques.
Conduct waste soil classification and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
Identify new opportunities, with financial incentives tied to winning and delivering work.
Potential to be able to run a division and be part of the leadership team The Person Proven experience handling Asbestos, PFAS, heavy metals, and hydrocarbons Working on and delivering a wide range of remediation projects.
Able to manage clients and teams of consultants and sub-contractors.
Deep understanding of waste soil classification and excavation techniques.
Demonstrated experience reviewing tender documents and pricing remediation works.
A proactive attitude, comfortable balancing office-based management with project delivery.
Willingness to travel across the Southeast and occasionally UK-wide for major projects.
