Site Supervisor (CFA Piling) Our client is at the forefront of ground engineering and foundation solutions across the UK.

What you'll be doing: Review the scope of works to be carried out and agree safe systems of work.

Review and understand all method statements and risk assessments relating to the project.

Timely liaison with Transport and Purchasing teams to ensure the appropriate type and quantities of plant, equipment and materials are requisitioned at the appropriate time.

Co-ordinate works to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Monitor progress against the programme activities.

Complete and maintain detailed and accurate site reports.

Identify problems and implement improvements.

Report all non-conformances.

Take overall responsibility for health and safety on site.

Be familiar with and demonstrate commitment to the requirements of the Health and Safety Policy.

Ensure that near misses, accidents, incidents and other safety concerns are promptly reported at the appropriate level.

Assist with inspections of all plant, lifting equipment and recording on the appropriate forms.

Ensure all site personnel have the correct PPE and welfare facilities on site.

Assess sites for hazards, determine the risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme.

Ensure plant is adequate for the task prior to being used.

Conduct daily briefings take place prior to commencing any activity.

Brief the team on all method statements and risk assessments relating to the project.

Be respectful to all people you interact with, treating everyone equally and embracing differences.

Encourage everyone to achieve maximum potential.

Supervise subcontractors and agency staff on site.

Monitor and support the high performance of individual team members and maintain high levels of work quality.

Understand material wastage and suggest improvements to save materials.

Who we're looking for: Experienced professionals with previous expertise in CFA Piling.

An appropriate Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card.

SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.

Experience in operating CFA piling rigs or similar Proven relevant industry experience, as well as appropriate health and safety training.

Experience of effective team management and coordination.

Strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.

Proven experience of working to tight deadlines with an ability to prioritise Experience in the delivery of high-profile projects to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and an enhanced experience for all involved.

Practical, logical, and able to solve problems quickly.

Strong organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Take personal responsibility and accountability for your actions, constantly striving to improve and exceed expectations ensuring safety and quality are never compromised.

Flexibility to travel and hold a full driving license that is valid in the UK.

Strong work ethic with flexibility to sometimes work long hours Eligible to work and live in the UK.
