Commercial Manager We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager from the civil engineering, construction sub-contracting, structures or structural engineering sectors.
This position is based out of our clients London office with some hybrid working.
Overview Due to continued expansion, an abundant pipeline of works, and the recent award of a number of significant framework contracts, our client is now looking to appoint a Commercial Manager who will take the responsibility for projects from £1m-100m.
You will be fully accountable for leading the visibility of contractual and financial risks to construction project bids at the front-end stage, whilst also providing commercial and contractual guidance to preconstruction feasibility, coupled with holistic cost input and management of projects during the in-situ and close out phases.
The Role Accountable for ensuring the preparation of contract documents for all assigned projects, including responsibility of ensuring bills of quantities and cost analysis are produced every month, along with being responsible for establishing a client's requirements with the Project and Design Teams, then driving presentations to the Senior Board for formal approval.
