Senior Project Manager
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the construction design and build or manufacturing and installation sectors, including but not limited to modular buildings, timber frames, RC, structural steel or structures.

The role will oversee holistic end-to-end aspects of numerous projects and frameworks across a range of clients. Success will be measured and achieved through effective management and servicing of clients, coupled with the focus upon maintaining net margins and a high level of staff satisfaction, whilst also liaising closely with the Group Operations Director in providing regular progress and general business reporting.
The Role
· To direct projects, contracts and daily operations with a hands-on approach to all activities
· Develop and implement strategic plans for successful contract delivery, ensuring that all goals are either achieved or bettered with an emphasis upon service excellence
