PWS Distributors is part of the Danesmoor Group, the market leader in design, manufacture, and distribution of commercial kitchen components. We specialise in delivering design‑led, commercially relevant products to B2B trade partners across multiple sales channels.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage the commercial relationship between the Danesmoor Group and key trading partners, including manufacturers, retailers and installers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Communicate, Tuesday present to, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and director levels.
  • Identify business trends and react accordingly to capitalize on opportunities in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Strategically plan business to maximize full business potential.
  • Create high‑performance relationships to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and strong team ethics.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics such as profitability and performance.
  • Manage multiple account‑management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure time is spent efficiently and effectively, delivering actionable outcomes.
  • Apply consultative selling principles to keep a customer‑centric approach to sales, withŕ´ľŕµ˝ regular and meaningful customer contact.
  • Act as external representation for the group and create a feedback loop into the business to help shape our future commercial strategy.中国li>
  • Contribute to overall team success through building effective relationships and delivering target results.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • First class communications skills, with strong and confident presentation skills.
  • Proven negotiation, advisory and influencing skills.

  • Good analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Tenacious approach with a positive mindset.
  • Field‑based with visits to our Design Centre in Newton Aycliffe/Slough as required.
  • Frequent travel, including overnight stays in the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Technical aptitude and genuine interest in the KBB industry and kitchen design.
  • IT literacy, preferably with higher level Microsoft Office skills.
