We’re looking for a highly skilled
Performance Engineer to lead the analysis and optimisation of our GT3 race cars competing in the leading GT3 series and prestigious races around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse vehicle performance data to identify trends and optimise race strategy.
- Develop and refine simulation models, setup tools, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with Race Engineers and Drivers to improve car balance and tyre usage.
- Support pre‑event planning and post‑event analysis across Sprint and Endurance formats.
- Collaborate with technical partners and manufacturers to enhance vehicle performance.
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes for continuous improvement.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Formula 1®, GT3, WEC, or other top‑tier motorsport environments.
- Strong skills in data analysis, simulation, and performance modelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as Bosch Wintax, Mo Te C, ATLAS, MATLAB, or similar.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
