We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Motorsport Truckie to join our race team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced motorsport environment, responsible for the safe transport of race cars, equipment, and infrastructure across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a close-knit team, and be ready to support the team both in the workshop and at the circuit.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport team assets including cars, pit equipment, tools, and spares to and from race events, test days, and workshops.
- Drive and maintain articulated race transporters and support vehicles to a high standard.
- Carry out driving jobs for local collections, deliveries, and logistics across the UK and Europe when required.
- Assist with garage and paddock setup, including awnings, pit walls, and workspaces.
- Support pit crew operations and general race weekend duties.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of transporters and equipment.
- Represent the team professionally with suppliers, officials, and the public.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) license.
- Driver CPC qualification and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in motorsport logistics, race team support, or similar event-based work.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and travel internationally.
- Reliable, organised, and an excellent team player.
Desirable
- Experience in professional motorsport environments (GT, touring car, single-seater, endurance, etc.).
- Pitstop experience.
- Forklift certification.
- Knowledge of European transport regulations and border documentation.
