Strategy & Vision Develop and execute a compelling engagement strategy for small business partners, ensuring alignment with the broader vision of PWN London. Community Engagement Cultivate meaningful relationships with women founders and small business leaders, bringing their voices into PWN and creating a vibrant, supportive business network. Programme Development Shape programmes and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of small businesses, including mentorship, networking, co-promotion, workshops, and business support services. Partnerships & Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate & SME Relationships and other board members (Marketing, Events, Mentoring) to build synergistic initiatives that elevate our impact. Visibility & Representation Act as a key representative of PWN within the small business ecosystem — attending events, speaking on panels, and establishing PWN London as a go-to organisation for small business empowerment. Growth & Innovation Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the small business sector, ensuring PWN remains forward-thinking and responsive to its community. Volunteer Leadership Build and lead a small team of dedicated volunteers to support your mission and drive success across all small business-related initiatives. What will you be doing? We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Corporate & SME Engagement team as the Chair of Small Business Partnering. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of small business engagement within the PWN community and contribute directly to the PWN London President’s 2027 vision of inclusive leadership and entrepreneurial empowerment. As Chair of Small Business Partnering, you will work alongside the Head of Corporate and SME Relationships and the Chair of Corporate Relationships, with a specific focus on the small business landscape. You will play a pivotal role in connecting PWN with purpose-led entrepreneurs, fostering sustainable growth, and creating opportunities for women-led businesses to thrive.
